Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • In its original packaging

  • Must include a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted if the item:

  • Is not in original condition

  • Is damaged due to reasons not caused by us

Cancellation Policy

Fresh Quality Solutions Private Limited allows customers to cancel orders within 7 days timeframe.

  1. Order Cancellation by Customer
    Customers may cancel an order before it has been processed or dispatched by contacting customer support or through the order management section of the website.

  2. Cancellation by the Company
    Fresh Quality Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to:

  1. Refund for Cancelled Orders
    If a prepaid order is cancelled successfully, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.


Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift, the refund will be issued as store credit once the return is received.

If the gift was shipped to the buyer, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted.

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
